Women Sues Rogers Wireless

In Canada  Gabrielle Nagy is suing Rogers Wireless after her husband discovered her affair through her itemized mobile phone bill and left her. She is seeking 600,000 Canadian dollars from Rogers Wireless for invasion of privacy and breach of contract. Nagy had told them to put her name on the bill and mail. Her husband had added a bundle through Rogers Wireless, and added her number to it. It came in his name, so he opened the bill to find an unusual number had been calling and texting back and forth with his wife. So he called the number and was told their had been a 3 week affair.

I think that this is another dumb crazy story. People sue because their mad they got caught, in my opinion. Thats what the problem is, if he had read the bill but didn't think anything of it, and they where still together. she wouldn't be worried about it. I don't believe that is right, companies make mistakes. Why should they pay such a big price when you where the one cheating?

Muslim Woman Sues Disneyland For Discrimination

I thought Disneyland was one of the happiest places on Earth deffinatly not for this women. 26-year-old Imane Boudal is suing Disneyland for discrimination after she was told she could not do her job if she chose to wear her religious headscarf. Disney told Boudlal that if she wanted to work as a hostess she had to remove her hijab because it did not comply with the Disney Look. Then they further advised Boudlal that if she refused to remove her hijab, she could either work a back-of-the-house position where any customers would not see her, or else go home.

Who knew Disneyland wasn't such a happy place. Im rooting for this girl, your religous veiws should not effect your job. It's sick to me how people discriminate and treat people horribly just because they are different. She should be able to wear it just like christians wear crosses. Just because her religous views are different doesn't mean she doesn't have the rights to follow them.

Dina Lohan Sues GLEE for Callin Lohan Crazy

A November episode of Glee poked fun at troubled Lindsey Lohan and her famous stunts. The episode featured guest star Gwyneth Paltrow as a substitute Spanish teacher who poked fun at Lindsay Lohan as part of her lesson plan. "Lindsey Lohan is totally crazy, right?” Gwyneth Paltrow's character told her students. Dina said she found the joke "tasteless" and was suing Glee for defamation.

I find this story as another ridiculous one, what happened to freedom of speech. It's not like they went into detail about anything. Plus, people say worst things about Lindsey in magazine's and on the news, so why is it such a big deal? Celebs are always being talked about for what they do. That's how the world is, why is it any different now? If i say I think Lindsey is crazy is Dina gonna sue me next?

Twins Seperated at Birth Sue for Millions

In 1973, a set of identical twins were accidentily seperated at birth. One of the twins was allegedly removed from her crib shortly after birth and accidentally replaced with another girl. In 2001 it turns out that they met each other in a clothing store. Sounds just like Sister, Sister I know weird right? The reunited twins are now suing for $1 million in damages, the women who was mistakenly raised in place of the missing twin is also suing.

These twins definatly have a case on their hands, the hospital deffinatley made a huge error. But, what I don't get is how the other women was raised in her place if they where suppose to be identical twins. I mean they obviously didn't look identical. I think this seriously messed with these women. To all of a sudden find out your a twin and that ur parents aren't really your biological parents. they deffinatley deserve something for that.

Cheater Sues Florist

roses

Leroy Greer a married man is suing 1-800-Flowers for revealing that he was cheating on his wife. 1-800-Flowers sent a thank-you note to his house and his wife saw it. Then, she called the company, and 1-800-Flowers faxed her a copy of the receipt from Greer's secret purchase. The receipt revealed that Greer had sent another woman a dozen long-stemmed red roses, along with a note that read, "Just wanted to say that I love you and you mean the world to me!". After learning of the afair, his wife asked for a $300,000 for a divorce settlement. Those flowers are really gonna cost him!

He's obviously mad that his wife found out, and finding someone to blame. When it's all just his fault, he shouldn't have been cheating in the first place. He can't blame anyone else for his mistakes. He got caught it was bound to happen anyway.

Man Sues Restaurant After Finding Condom In Soup

A California man 51-year-old Philip Hodousek is suing a local restaurant after finding a condom in his soup.  He was eating French onion soup at a Claim Jumper restaurant in Orange County when he began to chew on what he believed was a hard piece of cheese. Hodousek says when he could not swallow it he pulled the object out of his mouth and discovered that it was a condom. Later, when the condom was taken into a lab for testing, evidence of female DNA was found.

This is the picture
   taken by Hodousek.

I believe that this man planted the condom in the soup, cuz i mean come on what kinda reasturant would have a condom in soup. Im pretty sure someone would have noticed it when cooking the soup or something. It's just unbelievable. I think he just planted it to try to get alot of money. Like the women who "found" a finger in her chilli at Wendy's. Then it turned out she put it their.

Suing The "Other Women"

Cynthia Shackelford on The Early Show.
In North Carolina Cynthia Shackelford, 60, sued Anne Lundquist, 49, of Aurora, N.Y., charging that she broke up her marriage. And she actually won, in a big way too. She won $5 million in compensatory damages and $4 million in punitive damages. She said that she wasn't in it for the money. That she wanted to send a message to all the women who mess with other people's husbands.

I'm pretty sure if i had a husband and they cheated on me I would want my pay back too. BUT, it's not practical just like how women go around and one women beats the heck out of another who slept with her husband/boyfriend or whatever. I believe in the old fashion way of dealing with your problems. Yeah you sue he and get some $ but you really think that shes gonna quit? I don't think so it's just a matter of not getting caught to most.
