Richard Batista is suing his ex-wife for $1.5 million dollars for a kidney he donated during their marriage, after alleging she had an affair. He also said he would be happy to receive the kidney back.
This man, I believe is trying to get some sort of pay back for what his wife did to him. Which is childish and stupid. When you give someone one of your organs to save their life you shouldn't be able to take it back when you get angry.
