Man Sues Over Artichoke

November 22, 2010

A Miami doctor Arturo Carjaval is Suing Houston's restaurant for "pain and suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish, and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life. after having to be hospitalized after ingesting a grilled artichoke special, leaves and all. Carjaval says his waiter should have told him that the tough outer leaves were inedible.
I think this is ridiculous, is every restaurant suppose to give you instructions on how to eat something. I think not, if you didn't know how to eat it why not ask? or don't order something you have no clue how to eat. It's not the restaurant's fault he didn't know how to eat it. Plus, what kind of doctor doesn't know something like that?
