Women Sues Rogers Wireless

In Canada  Gabrielle Nagy is suing Rogers Wireless after her husband discovered her affair through her itemized mobile phone bill and left her. She is seeking 600,000 Canadian dollars from Rogers Wireless for invasion of privacy and breach of contract. Nagy had told them to put her name on the bill and mail. Her husband had added a bundle through Rogers Wireless, and added her number to it. It came in his name, so he opened the bill to find an unusual number had been calling and texting back and forth with his wife. So he called the number and was told their had been a 3 week affair.

I think that this is another dumb crazy story. People sue because their mad they got caught, in my opinion. Thats what the problem is, if he had read the bill but didn't think anything of it, and they where still together. she wouldn't be worried about it. I don't believe that is right, companies make mistakes. Why should they pay such a big price when you where the one cheating?
