Give Me My Kidney Back or $1.5M

Dr. Richard Batista donated his kidney to his wife, Dawnell, in 2001.

Richard Batista is suing his ex-wife for $1.5 million dollars for a kidney he donated during their marriage, after alleging she had an affair. He also said he would be happy to receive the kidney back.
This man, I believe is trying to get some sort of pay back for what his wife did to him. Which is childish and stupid. When you give someone one of your organs to save their life you shouldn't be able to take it back when you get angry.

16 & Pregnant Grandma wants to sue MTV

Kathleen Green (on left), grandmother of Isiah, the father of Christina's (on right) daughter Destiny is threatening to sue MTV for allegedly falsely portraying them as cold and unsupportive relatives. The grandmother of Christina's baby daddy claims thatthe network "defamed" her for heavily editing what happened in real life.
This is possibly the dumbest thing i have ever heard. I mean it's TV so it defiantly has edited footage in it. If you act like a b***** on TV and its captured don't be mad when it is shown to everyone. I watched the episode and i felt that she was really immature, aggressive, and just mean to Christina. She wouldn't even talk to Christina she was sitting right by her and told the baby daddy Isiah to tell her something. I think she's just mad that people saw what a bad person she really was. I mean she pulled out a DNA test right in the middle of dinner. Wanting her to take it, even if it was edited doesn't mean the things on camera didn't really happen.

Man Sues Over Artichoke

November 22, 2010

A Miami doctor Arturo Carjaval is Suing Houston's restaurant for "pain and suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish, and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life. after having to be hospitalized after ingesting a grilled artichoke special, leaves and all. Carjaval says his waiter should have told him that the tough outer leaves were inedible.
I think this is ridiculous, is every restaurant suppose to give you instructions on how to eat something. I think not, if you didn't know how to eat it why not ask? or don't order something you have no clue how to eat. It's not the restaurant's fault he didn't know how to eat it. Plus, what kind of doctor doesn't know something like that?
